I am currently the old copper wire telephone line to access the 'net. Last year, Open Reach installed new fibre into the block of flats and outside my flat is a junction box into which I can connect to the 'net and thus have better speeds etc.
What I would like to know is how do I get connected with TT so that I will no longer use the old copper wire system, how long does the necessary work take and what is involved?
Any help advice will be appreciated.

@Debbie-TalkTalk, the first link I gave above takes the customer to the same page.

Hi mzungu
I can see that Gliwmaeden2 has linked to our help pages.
There is availability checker on this page Guide to Full Fibre and FTTP | TalkTalk

You can sign up on this page, to get notified, @mzungu:
https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/FullFibre/bd-p/FutureFibre
However, just because Openreach has installed it nearby and there's a junction box tantalisingly close doesn't necessarily mean that Talktalk has a deal with Openreach for installing it in your area.
You can also simply phone in to discuss it or use Chat:

You may also see something under offers and upgrades in My Account. Phone / Chat can usually give you a better deal.
