Hi,
I've had the Fibre 900 package for over a year now and have not had any issues until now. Over the last week my wifi connection has been randomly dropping for a minute or so.
I have just spent an hour on webchat trying to diagnose the issue. There were no questions about the red flashing 'broadband' light on the fibre connection box and they seemed to hone in on the issue being related to the wifi signal. I highly doubt that this is related to wifi coverage as the issue still happens when I am sat right next to my router. (e.g. kicked off video calls due to connection loss on my laptop when sat in front of the router).
Furthermore if it was a wifi coverage issue, why would I only have experienced wifi dropping in the last week, as opposed to the last year? And what is the flashing red light signifying?
Looking to see if there is anyone who can help? I work from home and the drops in wifi connection is very disruptive. Thanks in advance for any help that folks can give.

Thank you. I shall give that a go. It was incredibly frustrating that CS didn't even acknowledge the red flashing light when I was on the webchat

OK, the flashing red light on the City Fibre box does indicate a dropping external connection. Try switching it iff at the mains for a full 30 minutes and then switch it in again. If it is still playing up after that, then get back to the Full Fibre team and be clear that it is your internet connection dropping at the ONT.
