Full Fibre - Digital Voice

Hi TalkTalk Team

 

Can I please get confirmation on the following. I am an existing customer and am looking to upgrade to full fibre. With this in mind are you able to check my account to see whether it will include digital voice as when I look to order it only seems to give an option for data only. Thanks in advance.

Morning,

 

I'd recommend contacting our Loyalty Team directly as they will be able to confirm if Digital Voice is currently available for you and should also be able to place an upgrade for you.

Thanks for coming back to me.

 

Strangely I can get full fibre both on the talktalk website postcode checker and secondly on the offers and upgrades where reportedly I can get up too FF 900.

 

The challenge I have is that the talktalk team can't see this at their end, so I'm a bit stuck at the moment, but hopefully will change soon.

Have you spoken to the full fibre team?   When i check your account full fibre doesn't seem to be available.
