Hi, i received a letter from TT about an upgrade to full fibre in my home in August. The letter states that Openreach would text me with a date to carry out the work. It is now the end of October and I have not heard anything. What concerns me is that the letter states that I would have no service as of the end of November. Can anyone advise?

I would suggest calling us and asking to speak to the full fibre team on 03451720088.
They should be able to help
