Full Fibre - worked for 8 hours, then stopped

Switched from Fibre 65 to Full Fibre 150 yesterday afternoon - worked for about 8 hours then red light on Connection box. Tried re-booting but to no avail. Frustrated isn't the word for how I feel 😞

All fixed now - engineer had to resplice the external connection box :-(. I guess the moral of this is don't move on a Friday (especially in the afternoon) - the weekend ticket seems to have had not impact - it seems the Monday ticket was what generated action.

Thanks for trying that. I can see that the issue has now been raised to Openreach and an engineer has been booked. Please let us know how you get on

Didn't work I'm afraid - still have red light on the ONT...........will you update the ticket (1-000003-166719-0)or do I need to report this through the chat?

Of course - just had SMS saying service is Live but it isn't so will switch off and turn back on after 30 minutes.

Hi sframpton,

 

Can you switch the ONT off and leave it off for at least 30 minutes, then switch back on and retest. Please let us know how you get on
