I've recently just joined talktalk and had my engineer appointment for the full fibre installation, my engineer didn't arrive within the 8am - 1pm appointment time he arrived 3 hours late at 4pm, he installed the interior box and didn't finish installation of the exterior lines, he left at 5pm and I was told someone would call about finishing the installation on another day, I am very unhappy with my experience with my first week of talktalk. Not only have I been left without internet I have been told some might call Tomorrow or on Monday-tuesday which is no good to me as I work a full time job and took the time off for this appointment which he arrived 3 hour lates and left the work unfinished.

I didn't hear from anyone so I contacted this morning, and had to inquiry about a new appointment date which I have been given and I am very unpleased with the fact I had to follow up myself rather than getting reached out to like the early text messages indicated, also displeased that I have been given a date another half week away when the issues caused when that of the engineer and nobody seems to care to want to rectify this issue.

I'm sorry that the installation has been delayed, you will hopefully hear something further later today or over the weekend. We'll check in with you again on Monday

I received an a text message saying they apologize for not completing the installation and someone will get in contact soon this message was 9am today. Haven't received anything else but that. It's beyond a joke at this point.
