I've recently just joined talktalk and had my engineer appointment for the full fibre installation, my engineer didn't arrive within the 8am - 1pm appointment time he arrived 3 hours late at 4pm, he installed the interior box and didn't finish installation of the exterior lines, he left at 5pm and I was told someone would call about finishing the installation on another day, I am very unhappy with my experience with my first week of talktalk. Not only have I been left without internet I have been told some might call Tomorrow or on Monday-tuesday which is no good to me as I work a full time job and took the time off for this appointment which he arrived 3 hour lates and left the work unfinished.
