Full fibre problems

terrible service scince I had the full fibre. I keep loosing internet and this has been going in for nearly a week. No one has managed to sort this issue out for me. As  everytime I call in to discuss the problem and follow the steps connection turns on for few mins then back off again.. The engineer that came over to install the fibre broadband. So unprofessional. I am appalled and disgusted with this service. I cannot wait to leave. I would never recommend anyone to join talk talk.
