Ghost/phantom calls since fibre installed with traditional Bell phones

I'm having ghost calls with a single ring and no number displayed since changing to fibre. Seems to happen at random times and throughout the day/night.

It's a known issue, @gazonline.

 

Staff should be able to get this fixed after the weekend. 

 

Ensure that you have completed your community forum profile details for them to identify your account. Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....

 

Add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
