TT cancelled my original account due to technical glitch. Now I have a different account number but I can't set up a new MY Account. How do I cancel MY Account and set up a new correct one?

I simply can't register under my existing ac number because MY ACCOUNT is registered under a different number with my existing email address and that number was cancelled by TT several weeks ago due to a technical glitch. I need the email and number on MY ACCOUNT to be removed so that I can re-register the correct number.

You can wait for staff to simply remove the email details connected to the old My Account in order for you to use the same address again, @fedup44, or simply use a different email address to set up the new My Account.
You cannot use the same email address at the same time.
Staff will respond after the weekend.
