and get an actual resolution?
rather than some call centre based outside of this country, simply refusing to understand the issues! I’ve got past the fact I was lied to 3 times to sign up! I’ve gone past I’m stuck paying con merchants every month for 2 years!
but I’m so tired of trying to get someone to sort out the internet that keeps dropping out randomly, from random amounts of time!
I noticed open reach were out side my house 2 days ago and now the issue is worse!
