I got Talk Talk broadband in at end of April this year.but have never had a connection to it

I got Talk Talk at end of April this year.it went live on 29th April and I just kept trying to connect to the WiFi over the next 48 hours. Needles to say it wasn't connecting to any of my devices and I thoroughly checked it in every room.i ended up in hospital for 8 weeks. And it still isn't connecting. So I want to leave  Talk Talk.its not a good service and just doesn't work for me
