I'm due for a full-fibre fitting on the 27th Jan 2025. I have not yet received the parcel for the fitters to carry out the connection

The installer will bring the ONT on the installation day, they might bring the router as well. If TalkTalk are sending out the router themselves, this will not normally arrive until a day or two before installation.
