Hi there,
I have recently moved to a new home and have just installed the full fibre 900 last week. However, I was wondering if an engineer could possibly be sent as by default the Fibre box was located on the ground floor in the living room when the installation took place, and I would wish for this to be relocated to the first floor (upstairs). I am ok with charges that may be occurred if an engineer was to be sent to change the fibre box location.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Kind regards,

Hi Michelle,
That's perfectly fine, I have power sockets available nearby - I'd like to confirm the LVR. What are the next steps from here?

Hello,
This would be classed as a LVR (low volume request) The cost is around £128.40 but the team would be able to confirm this if you did wish to go ahead. The ONT would need to be located near three power sockets if you also have Digital Voice (VOIP). If there is not enough sockets in the new location then the engineer would not be able to complete the move.
Thanks
