I have an estimated go live date /broadband engineer appointment this morning. I have received no further confirmation of this since my confirmed order (SO1382448) 19 Sept 23.

I cannot log into my account as my service isn't live yet.

I need to verify this appointment

Staff cannot identify your account if you don't complete your community forum profile details.
