Hi, I have applied for the future fibre and was told that I would receive a package regarding this, but it has not arrived. I have tried looking on the website but it seems that the salesperson inputted my email incorrectly

You mention a "salesperson," was this by phone? Have you been back on to the order team to check?

Add as much information as you can to the profile area of the forum, @Sean_759.

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; personal information; Private Notes at the end of that section for any further information. SAVE CHANGES. 

 

By checking your name and address, staff may be able to see your order.
