It seems to be one thing after another with TalkTalk, decent Internet couldn't be run if their lives depended on it.
The router is not working again, and it is another issues that's been plaguing the Internet at my house ever since I made the poor decision to renew with TalkTalk, it's one of those decisions you end up regretting in the end.
My router hasn't been working for the past 4 days, tried resetting it, unplugging it, but still the same. The orange light on the front flashes and there's nothing I can do about it. I would appreciate if someone from TalkTalk could contact me about the following:
- Help me to either set up my router so I can get Internet again, either by troubleshooting it your end or replacing the current router with another one.
- Provide me with your complaints procedure because this isn't the first time I've had issues with any service from TalkTalk.
- Inform me of what the costs/fees would be to end my contract early with you because enough is enough now.
Please can someone come back to me urgent regarding the above and provide answers to all three?

Has the service been OK since you got the replacement router after the previous time you posted on here in May last year?
