I had full fibre 500 installed on 24th of January 2025 , Fibre working fine but my online account is stuck saying that I’ve missed my engineer visit ?
wich I didn’t as they turned up and installed on the day we arranged ? Also my phone number hasn’t been activated and am unable to use my home phone for business purposes.
I’ve raised this issue 4 times and still had no response or answers ?
