Internet keeps dropping out although router light stays white and modem lights all green

I think others are experiencing this too? I’ve had to restart my router (the black hub type) dozens of times since Friday 13th Dec and it’s getting boring. 

Is there any estimate when this problem might be fixed please?

Please don't add to other customers' threads on this matter as it pushes the original poster's topic back in the queue for attention. 

 

Talktalk pays more attention to separate threads on a topic, rather than "me too" comments.
