Connection keeps dropping every minute or so, then comes back on but speeds are very slow, then drops again. I've done multiple restarts and factory resets, I've also tried restarting modem and powered it off for 30 seconds then switched back on. The problem also occurs specifically around 11pm-2am the past week, and now it is much more often

Try a full power down for 30 minutes.
