So my internet started to cut out for the past week and I have noticed that it only come back online after 8PM.
Does anyone know the issue?

I phone and they told me that my account does not exist.
My account number is missing a digit, its a 9 digit instead of 10.
They told me they cant help me at all

They are not able to help me, and also failing to arrange an engineer appointement.
Today also, internet has been down all day, just came back on after 8PM.

This is very strange that it should be time-related. The TalkTalk support staff on this forum do not currently have access to the Full Fibre systems. Therefore, you will need to contact the Full Fibre Helpdesk on: 0345 172 0074.
Their opening hours are Monday-Friday 08:00 to 19:00, Saturday 09:00 to 18:00, Sunday: Closed.

eero and black ont box connected with ethernet full fibre
when offline only showing power and flashing ethernet light
when online all lights are on

Which make/model of router do you have & how do you connect to it - wireless or wired (Ethernet)? What is the light on the router showing before & after this time?
