Land line crossed line

Landline has been mixed up with someone else's number. Have received numerous texts from Talktalk advising that they're looking into the problem but still a problem after 5 days. Complaint has been raised but the staff at Talktalk seem clueless.

Apologies again for this. I've checked the notes and the manager has left follow up notes to say they will be looking at this again today between 12-2pm, so you may receive a call this afternoon to discuss.

This looks like it's now resolved. I was told that 299 odd customers were affected. Not very good for a telecommunications company to get wires crossed in this day and age.
