I have a copper connection and a fibre connection. I want to move over fully to fibre and to use VOIP with a ported phone number. Please - can someone help me with this.

You cannot negotiate new contracts or upgrades via the Community forum. You will be best off calling the Loyalty dept on their direct number 0345 1725157.
