'My Account' not showing connected devices after switchover to WiFi Hub 3

I'm an existing Full Fibre 150 VOIP customer connected via Openreach.   Yesterday I switched my router over from a WiFi Hub 2 to a Wifi Hub 3.   Although the new router appears to be working correctly and is showing my connected devices, when I go into 'My Account' to check  'My connection' just over 18 hours later, it's stating "No Connected devices".    Is this normal and will that section eventually show correct connected devices data and actual speeds?

Regrettably, I feel the need to lock this thread as it is being repeatedly trolled. I believe there is not much to be added to what has already been said.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.

I'm really sorry about that, it is being looked into as updates are being done in my account. For now, please use the available method till further notice. Thanks

Thanks both but nevertheless disappointing as I've always previously been able to get confirmation of connected devices and speed reassurance in My Account.    Now all I get is this...

So it's just My Connection having one of its frequent wobbles, @aa2000.

It only really matters if you have any worries about unrecognised devices showing up listed (they should remain listed for a full week after using the service) etc. As long as you can see a list in either the router or My Connection you are able to keep an eye on things.

Thank you so much for the support @Gliwmaeden2

Yes @Gliwmaeden2  I CAN see the connected devices listed in the router.

@siphosethu-TT  My router is correctly showing a White light and has been since I connected it yesterday.   Just checked again and 'My Account / My Home Connection is still showing 'No connected devices'.

@siphosethu-TT, I don't think it's particularly a router fault that @aa2000 is complaining about but more the facility [also accessible simply via Service Status Dashboard] in My Connection  which is supposed to display all devices communicating with the router:

Then My Devices are listed at the bottom of this page, when it works:

Mine currently are listed correctly there. Sometimes the anomaly shows up in the router's own list of devices (so logged in using 192.168.1.1 etc) where the device area may be completely blank, and is obviously an error of some sort.

@aa2000, can you see your devices listed in the router?

@aa2000, there often are anomalies that clear up and recur with My Account.

I've also found that the reverse can happen: My Account  / Connection showing which devices are connected but the router itself showing none, despite my running the test from at least one of the devices that is connected at the time.... !

Thanks @siphosethu-TT but I would like to know why 'My Account' / 'My Connection' appears not to be working correctly?

Hi there @aa2000, as your router is working perfectly, I don't think there's anything you need to worry about. I have provided a link containing information on the wifi hub 3 though okay.
