I have it plugged into a switch and has worked fine until a couple of days ago….any suggestions…….my broadband is fine, everything is working fine, except HIVE

Have you tried rebooting the router in case there is an issue there.
Have you tried resetting the Hive Hub?
If everything else is connecting it's more than likely an issue with the Hive.
A few months ago their was another customer with a similar issue, who we suggested posted on the Hive Forum for advice. It turned out the Give had developed a fault and their customer service helped them.
Sorry we can't be more specific unless there is a fault with the router, but as suggested if other devices connect it's unlikely to be this.
