Need a new router

Is it possible to get a new router and my internet keeps dropping out and I have to reset router each time. 

my line has been checked and there is no issues there so just need new router

Our Network Team and engineers are currently investigating the white light on router/no connection and we will post back here as soon as we receive an update.

Hi yes this is correct no matter how many time I reset the problem still happens

Hi Paul,

Can I just confirm what issue you're experiencing please? Is the connection dropping but the light remains white on the router, and a router reboot will fix it for a short period?
