New Fibre Connection Not Working - WAN IP Issue

Hi Everything,

 

Have read many similar posts on here but my issue is as follows...!

 

I had CityFibre out to install my new Fibre 500 Connection this week, all went well and the ONT has 4 green lights. Unfortunately when trying to connect the Eero 6 Pro Router to the internet I get a 'No WAN IP address' error, I've attached a screenshot of this below.

 

I've spent many hours talking to TalkTalk support on Live Chat and on the phone and unfortunately haven't got anywhere apart from multiple restarts (didn't work), connecting my laptop directly to the ONT (no IP still) and trying different ethernet cables (didn't work).

 

TalkTalk have assured me twice now that a CityFibre engineer will be in touch (although I don't think the issue is on their end) but I have heard nothing.

 

Any help or advice would be much appreciated!

Hi nicolanicola,

 

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with your service. If it still isn't working can you add your address to the private notes section of your community profile and we'll take a look at this for you
