Hi,
Just signed up to FF150VOIP and today received what I expected to be an eero router.
I was surprised when I opened the box and the router looked just like my old grey Sagemcom one.
The only difference I can see is a sticker saying “Digital Voice Use when instructed” covering an additional port. I can’t tell whether this is an Ethernet port or a regular BT telephone socket.
Can anyone explain;
If I have received the correct router.
Why it’s not an eero.
Is it a BT Socket under the label.
Will I still require an adapter to connect my BT Plugged phone to my router.
Thanks in advance.

Hi @Philile-TT ,
Just an update on my questions.
I finally managed to get in touch with support and had my questions successfully answered.
FYI, the response from Tech Support is;
It is the correct router.
It's an upgraded version of the earlier Sagemcom and has an inbuilt BT style phone port (and still has all the other sockets as well).
You don't need a separate BT to Ethernet adapter, so you can plug your phone straight in. (i.e. one less mains socket required).
Hope this is useful information.
