No Digital Voice after FTTP Install

Hi,

On Wednesday 7th June 2023 I had FTTP installed. There was a problem with a blockage of the fibre at the cabinet but this was successfully resolved the following day and the broadband side of things is working fine.

However, the Digital Voice is still not working and I’m still having to make landline calls through the old master socket  copper network.

I have connected a fairly new Panasonic DECT phone to the phone port on the back of the router, and also tried another corded phone in the same port, but the Digital Voice line is still dead.

I am using the TalkTalk provided Sagemcom Wi-Fi Hub 2 which I have power cycled a few times but still no Digital Voice service.

Please can you help me with this matter?

If this is a copper leave behind service which has been installed I didn't think VOIP was available over FTTP.
