Cannot set up eero router, no internet found, openreach confirm no issue their side, with good light coming into ONT, PON light good. LAN connecting to router ok. Just no WAN IP address found by eero when trying to set up. Hours spent on the phone to TT, also plenty messages, not sure what to do next as problem doesn’t seem fixable.

Hi howardgray1975

I'm sorry to hear this.

Please can you update your Community Profile to include your name, TalkTalk landline number and FTTP order number.

Thanks

Debbie

By the way, it is definitely fixable. Sometimes it requires an engineer to upload the ONT serial number.

I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.

They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first. Please try to avoid posting on here until TalkTalk has responded to you, otherwise, this will just put you further down the queue.

To save yourself time, please make sure that your community profile includes your first & last names, broadband phone number & if possible an alternative contact number. This can be done by clicking on your Avatar picture then click on "My Settings" followed by:-

Personal Profile > Personal Information

Otherwise, TalkTalk will not be able to tie up your forum username to your broadband account. Only you & TalkTalk have visibility of your details.

Yes, have tried on and off, there is no internet connection when I connect a laptop to the Ethernet on the ONT

Have you tried turning the ONT off for a minimum of 30 minutes? Then when it comes back up, can you access the internet from a wired (Ethernet) PC connected to the ONT in place of the Eero? If this does not work, then I will get TalkTalk to check it further.
