5 days ago I made the upgrade to fibre 500 from fibre 65, I switched to the eero that was shipped out 2 days ago. I was getting the same speeds as before so I called them up and they claimed to have made a manual upgrade to the fibre 500 as apparently I had 2 existing packages on my account that was delayed.
Now I have no internet at all, and no indication if this is from the upgrade process as my account still says fibre 65. Please help

OK thanks. Could you switch the ONT off and leave it off for at least 30 minutes, then switch back on and retest. Please let us know how you get on

Thanks for updating your profile. The Fibre 500 upgrade appears to be still going through but delayed. Which lights are currently on, on the ONT?
