our rabbit chewed through the Openreach power cable that goes to the small white box in our house, I replaced it with a adapter I had that has the same end on it, powered it back up but I have had no internet since, only the power light is on box, the eero 6 box light is red and I’ve tried doing the reset of the box but it just stays red?

any help is much appreciated as my kids are doing my head in now haha

Hi kammyTT

If this is the wire for the Openreach modem then this would need an Openreach engineer visit as we don't supply replacement cables.

Thanks

Yes it has, I do need a new open reach power supply, do you know where I can get a new one?

Hi kammyTT

I'm sorry for the delay. Has everything been working ok since your last post?

You were right, I have temporarily fixed the wires by using a connector and it’s back on 🙂

I have checked the output and it’s only 9v as opposed to the 12v I need,

anyone know where to source a new one today?

Same plug doesn't necessarily mean the same voltage and power capability.

Check the power supply output now !

I'll escalate this for attention, @kammyTT. No professional help on the forum at weekends though.

Some staff back tomorrow, otherwise after the Bank Holiday.
