I spent 2hrs on chat and discovered after many tries there is internet coming into the property, an ethernet connect direct to a PC works. This took an hour. I was told several times to reset router and they were checking it remotely and finally to turned internet box and router off vfor 20 minutes. I suggested it was a router problem. During those 20 minutes they disconnected the Chat and router still not connecting. I have borrowed a router and it connected straight away How do I get TalkTalk to replace the router without spending hrs on Chat?
