For weeks I have been suffering brief outtages of my internet connection
The advisor yesterday claimed to have made some changes and so far so good but I'll post again if I get another one

Which make/model of router do you have? When an outage occurs, what happens to the light(s) on the front of the router? Does this only affect wireless connections to the router, or are wired (Ethernet) connections also affected?
