PON light flashing green

Hi, I got full fibre 2 days ago and it hasn't worked. The PON light is flashing green and eero 6 can't connect to the internet. My old connection has been cut off despite being told it wouldn't be. Yesterday I was told a ticket would be raised with back office which could take 5 working days to be looked at. I called for an update today and was told there was no record of the ticket.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your service. Is the LOS light (on the ONT) off or red?
