Really slow response from TT after raising an official complaint. TT promised I would get a call within 3 days of my complaint being registered. Dream on. I opted for VOIP transfer two weeks ago to avoid "left behind copper" charge of £12. Frustratingly I have heard nothing since raising an official complaint

You'll really need to speak to customer services, they can pass you to the team that deal with this, they can tell you where you order is up to

The staff here will not be able to help as once you open an official complaint i believe they cannot get involved probably best to carry on using your previous means of contact.
