Hi, I know there's been a problem with routing recently (back end stuff) but I'm still having issues since Monday-ish with sites failing to load first time and having to be refreshed.

BBC iPlayer repeatedly buffers and is barely useable (twitch can be similar at times).

My android mobile and my wifes iPhone is doing the same.

I tried a couple of different DNS services but all have the same issues.

I'm using an Asus AX-RT59U.

Thanks for the help.

So you're back up and running then?

That's good news.

Hi, I thought I'd better do that too and it solved the buffering on iPlayer (TV), bit weird as nothings changed for nearly a year, I added the eero in bridge mode to the network under the TV for now (Bad wi-fi reception, dying TV?).

The internet using the Asus on other devices seem to have stabilised now so I don't know know where the problem went.

Thanks again.

Hi,

Do you have a TalkTalk router you can swap in and retest?

TalkTalk staff will be able to check you line when back next week, but as you are using a 3rd party router may not be able to help if the issue is with your equipment, hence asking if you can swap the router over to see if its the line or your router.

This way we can establish if the router is at fault.

Please let us know how you get on.
