I’m having trouble seeing my bill online. I can go to My Account and click on ‘My bills’, but get no further – the screen shows ‘Loading….’ continuously and it never manages to get to my bill.
This has been happening for several months. At first I assumed it was an issue with the website and would be fixed, but having had the problem for so long, I’m sure it must be something else. I’ve tried clicking on help etc, but this tends to take me in circles back to the same uninformative pages. If I try clicking on ‘Chat Now’ I get a similar problem – the page looks the same with ‘Loading….’
I'm not having trouble with any other websites and I do get the summary of my account on my dashboard, so I don't believe it's my internet connection. I can also click on any of the other things like 'My pacakge and services', 'My Security', 'My offers and upgrades', 'Help and support'. and the appropriate pages load without issues.
I checked that it wasn't my internet security package, by switching off all the security briefly, but it made no difference.
Ideas?

You'll need to start your own thread for staff to respond during the week, @BridgeL.
You are automatically sent a notification of the bill, but logging in to read details seems to be causing problems.
Staff only reply to the original poster.
Please return to the message board and click on start a topic to begin your thread.
Separate threads for each customer helps highlight the issue more prominently.

Hello, I also suffer from this problem, and I am using Windows 10 with Firefox browser. The excuse of it is your browser is rubbish in my opinion, but hey I am just a customer like you.
The real question is does anyone from Talk Talk visit this site and actually solve the problems or do we just moan to each other and achieve nothing. Not meaning to be rude but would just like to know if this is pointless or not? Don't know why they just don't set up auto send on all accounts that are paperless.

Hi Arne, I can now confirm I've checked on both Edge and Google Chrome browsers. I also tried (just now) on my lap top which runs Windows 11 with exactly the same result (spinning symbol 'Loading' until my login times out). My main machine is on Windows 10 and the laptop is Windows 11 (only tried Edge browser on the laptop).
Any thoughts?

I have the same problem. Using an old comp windows 8.1. Trying to contact talktalk but going round in circles. Maybe my comp suffers from CBA, like myself.
