I’m having trouble seeing my bill online. I can go to My Account and click on ‘My bills’, but get no further – the screen shows ‘Loading….’ continuously and it never manages to get to my bill.
This has been happening for several months. At first I assumed it was an issue with the website and would be fixed, but having had the problem for so long, I’m sure it must be something else. I’ve tried clicking on help etc, but this tends to take me in circles back to the same uninformative pages. If I try clicking on ‘Chat Now’ I get a similar problem – the page looks the same with ‘Loading….’
I'm not having trouble with any other websites and I do get the summary of my account on my dashboard, so I don't believe it's my internet connection. I can also click on any of the other things like 'My pacakge and services', 'My Security', 'My offers and upgrades', 'Help and support'. and the appropriate pages load without issues.
I checked that it wasn't my internet security package, by switching off all the security briefly, but it made no difference.
Ideas?

I have the same problem. Using an old comp windows 8.1. Trying to contact talktalk but going round in circles. Maybe my comp suffers from CBA, like myself.
