Hi can you please help me I signed up
For fibre 150 broadband for £30.95 amonth  but I haven’t had any thing in the post ie New router and the contract said it starts on th17 January 2924 can you please let me know what’s happening  kind regards Mr Leslie Prescot

If a CityFibre installation they normally bring the router with them.
