How do I report that a fault is resolved? When I go to chat the bot has no idea what I'm trying to say. When I call I get into bot confusion again with extremely long wait times predicted. I have a text that asks me to reply but I can't because it's a pay number. I have an email asking me to call but I get into the long wait scenario.
Is there any way I can just inform that the problem has been resolved quoting the REP number?
