Why is it when trying to test broadband it says they cannot process and to try again later. This seems to mean you cannot report a fault. If the test had suggested a problem the clock would be ticking.
Is there another way to report a fault? I cannot find a phone number and the online process fails.

03451 720088 will be open 9am - 6pm Saturday. Closes at 7pm tonight. Not open Sunday, @Dhoulton.
