Returning TalkTalk Wi-F- Hub2

I have recently cancelled my TalkTalk service and wish to return a Wi-Fi Hub2. I have read TalkTalk send out pre-paid postage bags but how do I go about getting one of these bag? I cannot find an email address or phone number to request one.

I have now resolved my enquiry by using TalkTalk's BOT. They are sending the necessary returning package by YODEL
