This is beyond a joke now on my second account which apparently was going to sort this.

 

was told go live date of the 25th June.  This has come and gone. 

 

App shows still in progress and NO ONE IS CONTACTING ME.

 

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME

I have updated my profile with the information of my new account that they have asked me to set up for my new connection which isn't working yet.
