 I am meant to be getting 150mbps and I am not. I have 1 phone connected and 1 TV and 1 Xbox when playing the Xbox the games lagg out something serious!

Thank you. I've run a test on the line now which is clear. What speeds do you see if you run a wired speed test directly at the ONT? Are you currently using a wifi hub or an eero?
