I requested for my service to end on the 27th july when my contract ends.
However without even contacting myself, TT have stopped broadband service as of today.
I never agreed or requested this. I simply asked that it end on the 27th not 5 days early.
This is now a breach of contract on TT behalf.
No communication was given, no date, simply an automated email (found in spam) that TT would like me to stay.
