I've been a customer with talktalk for a few years but i'm stuck on 60mb broadband because i live in flats and ever year i always ask them when they'll get round to upgrading us all to full fibre.Never get a proper explanation why not,just some vague blank response and it's now become really irritating especially when i see all my friends on super fast fibre...I can download things faster on my 5g phone than my home broadband and it really shoudn't be like this in 2025..Who is actually responsible for laying the cables to my flats if it ever did happen? Is it openreach? The ironic thing is there's a substantial BT building on Saint Stephens street in Salford and it's literally 500m metres fom where i live!
