Hello, We have received an email from TalkTalk advising that we will soon be required to pay an additional cost if we want to keep our copper landline.
We can switch to Full Fibre with Digital Voice with no increase to our monthly bill.
We currently have a Sagemcom FAST 5364-3.T8 Wi-Fi Hub.
Having looked on the rear of the hub there does not appear to be a socket marked for a telephone connection.
Is it possible to connect a telephone directly to this type of hub? And if so which socket should be used for the telephone?

No, your current router will not support it. But if you upgrade specifying a VoIP service then you will get suitable kit.
I have moved this to the Full Fibre section for better visibility.

Hello @Arne-TalkTalk
Thank you for your reply.
I do understand that we will need to need to upgrade to a VoIP service.
My query related to the suitability of our current hardware.
Please could you advise if, once VoIP is activated, a telephone can be directly connected the Sagemcom FAST 5364-3.T8 Wi-Fi Hub we have. And if so which socket should be used for the telephone?
