I want an apology and money back as for seemingly no reason my service was disconnected yesterday and is leaving me without WIFI over the christmas period. I was a shell migration customer if this means anything to you...
None of your agents helped for over an hour until I got through to an Irish lad who set me up with a new account. No explanation has been given as to why my account was disconnected and quite frankly I want to leave talk talk now.
