Total WiFi dead spots - additional eero

I recently upgraded to total wifi and received two eero pro 6. We have a fairly large house and the wifi doesn’t work in all rooms. How do I request an additional eero?

Looking at Total Home WiFi, the advert says:-

 

When you choose Full Fibre 900 you get Total Home Wi-Fi included at no extra cost, providing you with an additional Amazon eero router to extend coverage throughout your home.

 

So that sounds like you might have to contact the Loyalty department & see if you can get a deal on a further eero Pro 6. You can call them on  0345 1725157 or 0330 1278960.
